St. Patrick’s Central National School Parents’ Association was established in 2023, and play an active role in our school community. Our Parents’ Association aim to support parents to be active in their child’s education. The Parents’ Association work in partnership with the Board of Management, school leadership team and staff to help create a positive learning environment for our pupils. The Parents Association Committee help organise family and social events, provide feedback from the parent body on school matters and raise much needed school funds.

Kilmaine Scribbles Playgroup is a community childcare service situated on the grounds of St Patrick’s Central National School. It offers the two-year Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program for children aged 2 years 8 months to 5 years. In addition, it provides full daycare for children aged 1 to 5 years. The service also includes a breakfast club and afterschool care for school-aged children, as well as full daycare outside the school term. For more details, please call (093) 33340.
